Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Beacon's business model, refunds will not be provided except in the rare case of a duplicate transaction.
Beacon has a free version with tons of features. Users are able to try out everything the app does before spending any money at all. Buying Beacon Omni allows Beacon to generate the full config files, and once that is done, those files cannot be un-generated. As the saying goes, "you can't unring the bell." Because of this, a refund would allow a user to keep both the files they generated and their money.
This isn't a popular policy, but there's no solution that is perfectly fair. Still, if you believe a refund is owed, please open a ticket to discuss the matter further.
