Description
This game config makes for a completely new and unique Ark experience! This pack is modifies the game where the only tameable creatures are mammalian and amphibious by nature, and has no advanced technology in sight. Can you and your tribe survive against the hostile Ark without your beloved dinosaurs? Or will you fall victim to the scaly rule of the reptilian beasts?
This pack makes for a more medieval experience, and is designed for a PvE server. It is custom made to fit a low rate server, preferably around 5x. Tames can gain an extra 100 levels, and max player level reaches 150. There are a few dinosaurs that one can obtain, however. These eggs are found in supply drops, with a very low chance of spawn. If not dropped in an incubator, or the right temperatures, they will instantly die. This doesn't mean they are fit to rule over the server, for they are always level one no matter what. Until you mindlessly slaughter dodos, anyways. This pack has been specifically designed for Valguero, and will not function as intended on other maps. More maps may be coming in the future for this experience.
The pack doesn't allow for anything past stone structures and flak armor, but the blueprints for high tier flak is easily obtainable through some beacon hunting. This may prove to be extremely dangerous, due to fliers not being a tamable. Even though you can't fly, you have the ability to glide, with all the DLC items offered in this pack being crafted without having to traverse the cavernous world of the aberrant section of the map. Underwater creatures are inaccessible in this pack due to the scuba gear not being enabled. But why would you go in the waters in Ark? That place is terrifying. Luckily, no underwater tributes are required to fight the bosses on this map.
